The Soldster website is owned and operated by 2nd Markets Corporation. All items offered for sale on soldster are owned and fulfilled by 2nd Markets. Any charges to your credit or debit card will appear as 2nd MARKETS CORP on your credit card statement.

The ADD TO CART button, CHECKOUT, and payment actions invoke your offer to purchase. Before we actually charge your credit card or other payment method, we must CONFIRM AND ACCEPT the order. When you complete checkout, your payment is placed on a temporary hold. The actual charge occurs later.

Most items offered for sale on this site are 'one-of-a-kind', meaning we have only one in stock. Because of this, your Offer To Purchase is tentative and subject to availability. Your payment is not accepted until we check inventory, confirm availability, and send an Order Confirmation Notice to you, via email. Shipping and Handling charges are added to all invoices at the time of Checkout and will not change during the Order Confirmation unless some items are not available.

We always reduce shipping and handling to a reasonable amount.


General Conditions

  • All posted prices are invitations to purchase and are subject to availability and changes in market conditions. They are not offers. No purchase agreement has been reached until you receive confirmation from 2nd Markets that your offer to purchase has been accepted.
  • 2nd Markets Corporation dba soldster is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect attributions, errors in pricing, or anything of this nature. If we have made an error in our description or price you may return the item at no cost to yourself.
  • 2nd Markets reserves the right to change any aspect of our Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • All purchasers must be of legal age or have the permission of their parent or guardian.
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.
  • Title to each item remains the property of 2nd Markets Corporation until good funds are received. Once payment is received, title passes to the purchaser when the order is shipped. As a service to you, we insure all packages having a value of $100 or more. With U.S. Postal mail, any claims for lost/damaged packages must be made by (and are the responsibility of) the purchaser. However, we will be cooperative in assisting you with your claim.


Return Policy

  • MOST ITEMS come with an unconditional 7-day return privilege with the exception of bullion coins, lots, collections, bulk deals, precious metals and graded/certified items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Bulk lots. Collections. Bullion items such as gold, silver, platinum coins, ingots, and scrap, as well as items graded through the grading companies below and sold through the soldster marketplace are not returnable.

      • Currency: PMG & PCGS
      • Comics: CGC & CBCS
      • Movie Posters: CGC
      • Sports: PSA, SGC, PSA/DNA, JSA
  • All returns must be in the same condition including the security tag which MUST be undisturbed and intact.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
  • You are responsible for the costs of insurance and shipping to 2nd Markets and the safe delivery of any returns.
  • Returned items remain your property until delivered to and signed for by us.
  • Returns after seven days are not accepted.
  • There is no return privilege on any invoice where payment was received late (this includes bounced checks, etc.).


Order Confirmation & Shipping

The BUY IT button, CHECKOUT, and payment actions invoke your offer to purchase. Your payment is placed as a temporary hold and does not actually charge your credit card or account until we ACCEPT the order. The Offer is not accepted until we confirm availability and email an Order Confirmation Notice to you. Shipping and Handling charges will be added to all invoices at the time of Order Confirmation unless the item is sold with free shipping. Charges will apply as follows, based on the invoice total:

  • If a single item is purchased, the shipping will be displayed on the ORDER SUMMARY page prior to checkout. If multiple items are purchased, the shipping will be reduced and displayed on the ORDER SUMMARY page prior to CHECKOUT.
  • Acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard or Visa, ApplePay, or GooglePay, checks or money orders.
  • Delivery must be to the billing address of the credit card holder unless special arrangements are made prior to order placement.
  • New clients using a credit card may be asked to provide industry references, a valid government photo ID, or other means of identity confirmation.
  • New customers buying expensive items may be required to sign an e-contract or may not be allowed to purchase, solely at the discretion of 2nd Markets Corporation.
  • Payments may be made by Bank Wire, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Check are subject to prior sale. Any written form of payment may be held up to ten days at our discretion. Written payments should be made out to 2nd Markets Corporation and should be mailed to:
