Balisong USA started manufacturing butterfly knives in the late 1970s, then changed its name to Pacific Cutlery in the early 1980s, before finally becoming Benchmade. 5 inches closed. 9-3/8 inches open. Made in Japan. Front Tang: BALI-SONG (butterfly logo) INTERNATIONAL SERIES. Steel Blade. Rear blade etch: (C) 1985 PACIFIC CUTLERY CORP. JAPAN. Steel handle w/ Black Composite grips.
Grade B: Lightly used Condition, and lightly sharpened, NO BOX. Blade has a few scratches on the front, from blade rub. The handle and bolsters have some blemishes. No cracks, no wobble, great balance!
